Extremely poor customer service, don't return phone calls, high pressure sales, pays installers as piece work, told us we were scheduled for 3 days with 2 installers, took 4 days with 2 days being only 1 installer, customer had to assist, awesome product though expensive, distributor is not recommended. Doesn't provide cost breakout invoice.
