There are no words to describe how good this place is. It has by FAR the best food I've ever eaten. Get the tea leaf salad (amazing). Drink a mango smoothy or a ginger lemonade. Have some coconut rice. Get samosas, or even the samosa soup...to die for.
About the notorious wait, it's true. But like people say, put your name in before you go, or go across the street and get some coffee or drinks, and set your mobile phone on high. Wait it out--it's worth it.
As for the service, the place is busy as heck, so they run their tails off. But if you need something, like a refill, and bring it to their attention, they will hustle to get it for you. They are the sweetest friendliest people you could meet--it's part of Burmese culture.
