I've been driving by this restaurant for 9 months now and kept thinking I should try it! Only when my boyfriend said he was in the mood for sushi did we walk in. Talk about waiting TOO LONG! We sat at the bar and were greeted by the most personable gentleman and soon found out he owned the resturant. We let Fish order for us and were so pleasantly suprised. From the presentation of the drinks, the attention to detail with the food and the atmosphere inside the resturant, we are sorry we didn't try Beluga sooner! We have been telling everyone about this place and are going to make this our new date location. Thanks for coming to Round Rock, Fish. T&T hope you stick around.
