I've been looking to cut my long, thick hair for a while, and have been to several salons in NYC that were just ok. I looked on Citysearch and came across Panyc. Most of the reviews were positive, so I decided to give it a try last weekend not knowing what to expect. Well, it is truly one of the best salons in NYC. The staff was cool, laid back and very attentive. No fake names, no funky outfits, no ridiculous prices and no drama...just real people that know what they're doing. Simon was the person that cut a lot of my hair off , and I didn't cry! I haven't felt this happy about my hair in a while, and I owe it all to Simon at Panyc. Looking forward to getting my hair colored by Marylou (hear she's the best) and getting my hair cut again by Simon.
