I returned to Shear Bliss because I liked my first cut. When I got there, the woman who had previously cut my hair was having her hair cut by another woman - there were no customers in the salon. I agreed to come back in 10 minutes when she was done so that I'd get her again. I returned, got my cut, and then when I went to pay, I was told it was $35 instead of $20 (almost twice the price) because I wasn't a ""walk in."" Apparently, requesting the woman I'd like to cut my hair even though I'd walked in and then agreed to come back is ""an appointment"". Maybe this is something standard in salons and I'm used to barbers. Either way, they lost my business.
