My first appointment at the Lounge Spa was for their recovery facial. Holly was great. She was gentle and had made the whole experience very relaxing, even the extraction part wasn't all that bad. I decided to book an appointment for waxing before I left. Alice, the owner of the spa, was very charismatic and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Michelle, the front desk receptionist, was also very friendly. I would definately go back on a routine basis.
