Cleaners on my way to work; thought Id give it a try. Extremely unfriendly women. New customer so my info had to be added to the database. Ticket prints pick-up date, list of items but no price. Ticket says welcome new customer! Go to pick up my stuff, hand her my debit card, they only accept cash or checks, no cards. I said where does it say that & why didnt you tell me that when I dropped off? She ignored me. Its not listed on the receipt nor is it posted on a wall. I dont have cash, how was I to pick up my cloths?!? She ignored me. I wanted to speak to her manager she said she was, clearly she was not. She told me to go to the bank next door! Horrible customer service! Picking up my cloths today fingers crossed.
