We let ""Iron Chef"" Beau MacMillan cook whatever he liked for us yesterday evening and he created magic on a plate. From the Beef Tartare & Cassava Chip Napolean to the Asian inspired Escargot, it was one amazing plate after another. The dining room is well appointed and our table was perfect. Unfortunately a very rude manager ruined the evening for us by losing his cool and letting his position go to his head. We had a simple misunderstanding regarding the restaraunt's cigar policy. The cigar was immediately extinguised at the manager's request (it was not even fully lit yet), but evidently that was not enough.
After spending $400 on dinner for two, I would have expected to be treated with a little more maturity from this egomaniac. I am very dissapointed that one person was able to so thoroughly destroy what was an otherwise a very pleasant evening.
