I visited the salon several times before I finally brought my family in to see my wedding gown. Everytime I came in the staff really bent over backward for me. The best experience was having my family wait at the end of their gallery and giving me the chance to see myself walk down the aisle. My family was tearful and by the time I reached the end I was without a doubt positive that was my dress. When it came time to measure the manager was very helpful and informative. After I purchased my dress one of there staff from finishing touches sent me a card, congratulating me on my purchase and said if I had questions I could refer to her. I made my alteration and accessory appointments with a specific consultant and she was always available to me. It made the experience very personal.
