I bought almost $500 worth of merchandise at this store. I came back the following Monday to see about getting some better clamps for my new exhaust and Bill told me he would need to order them. VERY POLITELY, I told him I could just order them myself and he rudely told me to go measure the pipes myself then.
After I spent all that money there I asked him about Amsoil. I didn't mention buying it anywhere else but he put 2 and 2 together and figured I had. When I admitted buying the oil at Carquest he didn't like that either. I wasn't even going to tell him.
Lastly, I asked him about a possible defect in the product I purchased. He took the time to berate me for complaining to an acquaintance of mine and he told me not to call him or visit his store again.
