Lived in the city for almost 10 years and had an awful time finding anyone reliable for years. My neighbor recommended merry maids about 2 years ago and they have done a really good job. They are more expensive than hiring someone from craigslist but they are bonded so I don't feel like I have to follow them from room to room. They do miss spots sometimes but they send people back when i let them know. All in all, I'm pleased and would recommend them.
