Three friends and I walked into Tango the other night looking forward to having a nice evening of coctails and tapas. Upon arrival, the host informed us that the wait would be 30-45 minutes. We agreed & decided to have our first drink at the bar thinking we'd have a table by the second round. Well the second round came and went and not a word from the host. When we asked how much longer, he acted as though we were the problem, not the fact that he had misled us about the wait. Finally, after 1 3/4 hours the bartender offered to comp one of our rounds. Even after the host comped the drinks he was not able to muster a simple apology or take responsibility. Sad.
Pros: nice bartender
