My advice, order your food to go. The burger is sublime, but standing while eating it and getting bumped into by frat boys really detracts from the experience. I have started just ordering it and eating it on my couch while watching a game. Sure you don't get the belgian beer on tap that way, but at least you keep your sanity. I agree that they need to buy the barber shop next door. This isn't NYC, there is room to grow.
