I'm very unsatisfied with the service they provide. Apartments are very old, lots of work needs to be done to it. Sinks tubs, toilett seats all that.. very old, nasty.
Nothing really works properly. Very very unsatisfied, the only reason i'm there is because rent was $595 when i first moved in, almost 3 yrs ago, every year rent went up. Its almost $800 now, and it wasnt suppose to be but when we called they apologized and said they'll send us paperwork to fill out. one more thing, customer service not professional, i swear its the worst, they dont even care what problem you have.
