i had an appointment to get my hair done a few weeks ago. when i showed up for that appointment, my stlyist was not there. so they decided on their own to just put me in with someone else. they assured my that this person would be even better than my regular stylist. i found out that this person was still a shampoo girl. were they serious? i had some where to go that evening so i figured ill give it a try. i just cant believe that these receptionists can be so inconciderate to not even tell me that my girl had left. my haircut was just not the same, it sucks that they wont tell me where she went. i wont be going back. ever since the previous owners left, this place is going down hill!!!!!!! tina
