The beautiful decor, and attention to detail with the interior should have been my first clue. If they put that much into the wall art, what did they put into the Marinara?
Much to my surprise, the food was as fresh as the surroundings. The mozzarella as intriguing as the italian music, and the garlic knots as genuine as the Southern Italian owner, Virgilio.
I am very pleased with my visit, and overwhelmed by the food and atmosphere. Lakewood's very own Little Italy. Perfection on so many levels. Run, don't walk.
