This is the best restaurant in Portland. Whenever my clients visit Portland, we take them to Andina for a few simple reasons. The flavor of the food is terrific. The attention to details from drinks to tapas to main course is outstanding. And, the service is excellent.
For example, last week we had a waitress, born in Armenia and moved to Portland from Santa Fe, and my clients were so impressed with her passion for the food and restaurant that they practically hired her. My point...the restaurant staff cares about the total experience of its guests and it shows. I simply love the place.
