The Plaza is a wonderful place to live in Kansas City. The Plaza Apartment Center as a corporate entity is just that, a corporation. The exterior of the buildings is very nice. However, that is where I found the positive aspects came to a grinding halt. By Plaza standards, the interior of the seven buildings is only marginal. The lobies are in much better shape than the interior hallways and elevators. The freight elevators are far to small for many home furnishings leading to carrying large items up as many as eight floors. Parking? Add $75.
