I like very much to go to better Japanese Restaurants. In my opinion, Fujiya is one of the stars in the crown of Japanese Cuisine in the Seattle-Tacoma area. I attribute that in no small part to the owner, Endo San, and his devotion to perfection and integrity. He is a true gentleman who never tries to achieve less than his very best. The sushi is superb.
