I've never been to Ararat before & after reading the previous reviews, I half expected the waitstaff to actually spit on me when I entered the restaurant. But in reality, it was a fun evening! But seriously - make reservations. Every night. It's a tiny place & really fills up quickly.
Once I found parking (yikes!), the waiter took good care of me. The food came out quickly & was DELICIOUS! The never-ending warm pita bread alone, yum-o! The belly dancer was cool - I loved the sword balancing trick - and the request to tip the dancer was unobtrusive & not too pushy.
I think good customer service is critical in the service industry - and in this case, they did just fine. I hope that trend continues!
