I dined at Tiburon with 2 of my friends. We made reservations and were seated promptly. However, promptly was not a reoccurring theme for our dining experience. We were seated around 8:30 and didn't see our waiter until around 9:00! The person filling water had been to our table and dropped off some bread which was great. Two of us ordered Mojitos (awesome)! We hadn't ordered any appetizers or desserts and still were not able to leave the restaurant until 10:30 due to slow, poor service. We planned on getting a bottle of wine and dessert but opted not to because we knew it'd take another hour or so. I will say, the waiter was quick to drop the check off. The table next to ours had experienced the same difficulties and actually had to flag down a server. That's terrible!
