- He was 25 minutes late for my first appointment...Gone out for errands. Didn't even apologize or call. I was there for 5 hours.
- He gave me the worst possible hair cut....he didn't cut or style my hair. He just took his funny scissors, and took out 70% of my healthy beautiful hair starting from the roots.....My hair is so thin, frail and unhealthy looking now as if I've had a burn or haven't had a cut for 5 years. I have lost that bounce and the sharp movements I've always had.
- Hi lights? The top is green, the bottom is red. Some of my strands start with greenish gold, and end with orange. The left and right side of my head are completely uneven and different.
Also, when he heard that I was unhappy with my hair, didn't even bother to call me!
