Kelly, our waitress, was appropriately knowledgeable about the menu and most of the Japanese names for the items. They had O-Toro on hand and adjusted the Chef's special to include it. The portions were generous. We pointed out the egregious lack of hashioki for our chopsticks and the waitress dutifully remedied the situation by fashioning a set of two out of paper. Well done! The Green Tea Creme Broulee was tasty.
