I understand the restaurant can't guarantee whether we can get a window seat. I made a reservation 1month before to request for the window seat (when we made a reservation, none of the time was full). But when we got to the restaurant, staffs told us we can't get a window seat but will have a good seat. We felt thats ok; however, we got a VERY CORNER, the FARTHEST PLACE, SMALLEST SEAT. When I asked the staff that we can wait for the window table, I was told to wait over 1hr to get a better table. The other staff kept on putting other customers to better seats. I can prove those other customers didn't make reservation as early as we did. I think the restaurant must check when the guest made a reservation, and earlier guest should get a better seat.
Cons: not kind , doesnt care customers, not throughful,wise
