in the middle of our dinner, our party of 4 were moved, not once but twice because of ""reservation issues.""
there was no gesture of apology.
when i suggested to the manager that she should comp our one $10 desert, i was told that i was being ""presumptuous.""
she went to confer with ""the chef"" and returned to say that she will not comp anything and that in all of her years of restaurant experience, she had never heard of such a gesture for inconveniencing customers.
this is outrageously pathetic service!
it shows a complete disregard for the dining experience of the customer. the attitude may be in line with the ""too cool for school"" hollywood schtick, but it won't fly in the real world.
