My husband & I chose to try Volterra to celebrate a special occasion and was highly disappointed. My entree was the evening's special of juniper rubbed pork tenderloin with huckleberry chutney. The pork was dried out, overdone and overwhelmingly salted. Both of our meat preference were ignored. The tables are so close together that our neighbors conversation was as present as our own. And the service was unattentive. In the end for the price, we were very underwhelmed with the quality of our dining experience.
