The patches didn't work, the gums didn't work, the pills didn't work, cold turkey didn't work. After I spent so much money on things that didn't work -and mind you on 1 pack of cigarettes every day for 19 years!!!-, I finally said ""this is it! If this doesn't work I give up!"" And it worked!
