We recently dined here and were able to sit comfortably. The place is small and the wait staff is a bit hap hazard-we were waited on by 3+ servers who did not seem to talk to one another. Overall the service was decent-we received our food in good time and good pacing. The oddest experience came when a glass of red wine we ordered arrived in a tumbler glass - the waiter claimed they were afraid of wine glasses breaking and only the reserve wines were served in a wine glass. The wines by the glass were mostly spanish, and nothing special. The food was mixed, lots of fried tapas and some good fish ones. It was overpriced for what we got. I could understand charging high prices if they were located in beacon hill. I would not recommend Toro unless they either increase the portions or lower the price.
Pros: parking is easy, nice fireplace, food quality
