Ambience is great, wide range of seating available (family style, intimate, bar), menu is limited but offers unique and tasty flavors, wine list complements menu well, service was excellent, our server was attentive and knowledgeable but not overbearing. Entire menu is tapas, and it was by far the most expensive tapas I've ever had. Our party of 4 had a bill of just over $200, and we all left hungry. The commenter above mentioned s/he craved a slice of pizza after leaving Terzo; our group actually did grab a slice about an hour later! Great place for drinking wine and snacking or meeting for drinks and appetizers prior to migrating elsewhere for dinner, but would not recommend dinner here.
Pros: Ambience, Service, Flavorful menu
Cons: Overpriced
