I made an appointment to cut my hairr, and when I show up they said it was cancel. I said why didn't you leave a message to say you cancel my reservation. I least, I would of not showed up. I did not get an apology or ask if they can reschedule. I would they don't need customer. I guess they can cut here so good, but they don't know a damn thing about professionalism, ethics, and common courtesty. If they wanted to cxl, they should of call and leave a message. that was so unkool and so LA. If you looking for a salon that can get hair but no customer service this is it. Pros: nice place Cons: poor customer service, ethics, manners more
