I had called Yann Varin's other location to make an appointment for the upcoming weekend and was given an appointment at the 2nd avenue location. When I showed up they did not have my appointment and I ushered off to someone whom I'm pretty sure was an unliscensed trainee. My shampoo was a rush job as was the cut, I now have crooked bangs that I am waiting for to grow out. During my blowdry, the power kept going out. 3 staff members worked on my hair which made me feel pressure to have to give them all tips, which I shouldn't have. This made it my 2nd bad expeience at Yann Varin, both locations are a dissapointment. A $20 cut from Supercuts could have got the job done.
