I recently went in for the spa week facial and was very disappointed. First, the appointment began 25 minutes late and no one even bothered to apologize for the delay. Secondly, the facial was sub par. It consisted of the usual popping but then only ONE mask. I have had several facials throughout the city (many during spa week) and they usually have at least three different masks accompanied with some massage. Girls, if you are a regular facial person pass on this spa!
