Four Seasons has made several trips to check our new furnace and make sure it was functioning properly. One time, they determined that the "high" setting wasn't working and they made sure it switched on. That made a big difference in how much heat the furnace put out! This is a reputable company with fair prices. They arrive promptly (within in a time window) and are always polite.
