Dr. Kross is a truly exceptional veterinarian. He is very patient and kind, and he is wonderful with animals, even my fiesty and highly resistant kitten! The staff is also very friendly and professional. Even the waiting room experience is pleasant- the other clients and the staff have created an atmosphere of community that is lacking in other vet clinics I've been to in the city. I would highly recommend Dr. Kross and Rivergate to anyone who is looking for a good vet.
