Sure the place looks nice, great italian feel but the food sucks and the service is even worse. This was a recommendation from a coworker so we took a group of 10 for a birthday dinner. Our server was one of the worst I have ever experienced, twenty minutes to get a glass of wine. Any good server knows to ask the ladies for their order before the men, our server didn't. Most of the food was overcooked and that was when he didn't forget two of the entrees out of our whole order. No apologies, no compensation. If you have to get up to find the server to ask him about the status of your meal then he isn't doing his job. They nickle and dime you on overpriced appetizers and additional garlic bread. Shame on you Pagliacci's, I've had better italian at Fazoli's.
