From the person I spoke with on the initial call, to the people who came to my house, to the person who made a follow-up call... everyone was very pleasant and professional. I don't see a huge difference in my carpet because I didn't have any major stains to begin with, but I am sure it is much cleaner than I realize. I was impressed by the process, but will probably try steam cleaning next time so I can compare the two and because it can be slightly cheaper.
