I dont know if this is travel agents fault or Airlines fault. But till date I have not recieved any reply from Either.
I had booked my self from SFO To Bombay on Cathay for Tavel in Feb - paid in October. On the day of my flight I was told at the airport by airlines that the travel agent had cancelled the ticket and provided a printed proof.
Off cource I couldnt contact Sai Travel at late hours.
I later emailed Sai Travel andl also called them, their answer was they dont know what happened, and they said they have asked Cathay for an answer.
Till Date I havent recieved any answer from travel agent.
The airlines personnel at the airport said that I have to deal with Agent since they cancelled the ticket and I had paid them.
Off course I disputed the charge on Card.
