Who Charges for Bread? 3/5/2006

Ti Couz still serves the best crepes in San Francisco, and this is why I will continue to go there from time to time. However, patrons must adapt to servers who too often come across as indifferent. One should remember to order soup or salad with crepe(s) or be prepared to pay $2.50 for unremarkable bread, which becomes desirable after a long wait. Adding too many toppings will drive the cost far beyond what one should pay for a mere crepe. When the service is indifferent at best, and the total bill comes to more than $25.00 per person, for one crepe, a glass of wine, half a dessert crepe, and bread, deducting $2.50 from the tip to cover the cost of the bread seems justifiable. Pros: Decent Food, Good Drinks Cons: Poor Service more
