Unfortunately, the new staff turnover has proven detrimental for Madhatters. What use to be one of our favorite places is now at the bottom of our list. The service and staff use to be so friendly, attentive, and caring - not the case today. Not only was the cashier rude but when we went to order dessert after our lunch, we turned around to find our entire table completely cleared. Our drinks were still 3/4 full and our belongings still sitting there! To boot, desserts tasted stale...
Cons: limited parking, bad service , $$$ for light eating
