I brought a group there and am appalled at the service!
I made a reservation; and was told there would be no problem. Our group got there pretty promptly around 11:45a.m. only to find they gave away our tables to some other group and they didn't have any other long tables set up for ours! The young woman's excuse was they assumed our group wasn't coming;no further explanation, no apology either.
They quickly set up tables for nine ;so three in our group had to sit separately from the rest .
To make things worse the other group got ""preferential treatment"" while our group was ""ignored"" ! I am still steamed about this. The food was good though. I will not be returning in the future.
Pros: food was good, prices-reasonable, food prep-quick
Cons: not enough parking, group ignored, poor customer service
more
