I had arranged for flowers to be delivered to my room before I checked in so that they would be a surprise for her. When I checked in they had not been delivered and so I called Flores Mantilla and they told me that they had my order down for the wrong day but that they would quickly get my order to me and refund me for the charges. Later that night I get a call from the owner and she starts yelling at me about how could she refund my money and why they would do that. I told her that it was not my idea and that she did not have to yell at me and she said that seh would be charging my account again. I do not recommend ever doing business with someone like this no matter what the quality of their product may be.
