You get what you pay for at Cooper Alley! Yes, they are expensive however, the service is exceptional and the staff friendly yet professional. I was promtly offered a cappucino which was better than Starbucks and from that point on my experience got better and better to the point when I sailed out the door with the best haircut and color ever!
