I have 2 shih tzus and Dr. Schwartz is the most caring veterinarian that I have come across. Although his services are expensive, the dedication he shows to his patients is worth every penny. He explains the problems and the treatments without talking down to anyone and he is always quick to return calls. I always know that my pets are in the best hands.
