Bascially they serve homeade style hamburgers. However, I am only willing to endure a certain amount of abuse for something I can do better at home. I am not willing to:
1.Wait 1.5 hours.
2. Deal with arrogant service.
3. Hassle with parking.
4. Be treated like cattle.
I walked out, parked our car across the street.( $5. all day.)
Then we walked for 5 minutes to Sugar Reef restaurant on the Hollywood boardwalk.
I sat down right away at a lovely table with a stunning ocean view and, courteous wait staff. I then ordered a rare, delicious fresh tuna sandwich with home fries and a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. For desert I had a piece of key lime pie with a strong espresso. I probably was sipping my last taste of espresso while people were still waiting for their fat burger on a paper plate.
Pros: nice burgers
Cons: no service, ridiculous wait
