I have been going to Jack Ray at Samuel Cole for years and have always been satisfied. I will go nowhere else and if he is unavailable the rest of his staff are great. I go in and he just does his magic and I dont even have to tell him but he always changes me up, and they are trendy and keep up with the styles, colors, and beauty products. I would recommend everyone to go here.
