This is now the second time my husband and I have visited the bistro - what a terrible experience. Not only do they serve wine in glasses that resemble glass dixie cups (and refuse to provide stemware), but the food is very overpriced and presented in a way that resembles something a child would create. It's a horrible feeling leaving a restaurant after paying well over $50 and wishing you had dined at McDonalds instead. There are so many wonderful, cute bistros in Portland - pass on this one.
