I went to Vargo's half expecting to be disappointed because of different opinions that I read here. I was surprised to find that every part of the meal, the ambience, the service, and the experience were exceptional. This truly is a Houston gem. The view of Vargo's gardens is beautiful and the food is extremely well prepared. Not one part of the whole evening disapppointed. Vargo's is now one of my top 5 picks in town.
