First things first: the fish is good, but not great. It doesn't blow you away. I had both the Halibut and sea bass and both were somewhat disappointing, though large in portion. The selections are ambitious---lots of fish to pick from, with wondrous production. The actual food falls a bit flat, though it is still very solid. The appetizer, the crab cake, is exceptional, no doubt worth it. The breads (complimentary) are a bonus, and the wine selection is terrific. I can't say enough, however, about the vibe here: it's romantic, dark, buzzing with life and energy. Get a table outside, and enjoy the beautiful sea views. Overall, the food does seem overpriced. Entrees are all over $30, and you can't pay less than $10 for a high quality appetizer. That's a lot of money, and Blue Moon falls slightly short of giving you bang for your buck.
