I have unfortunately had to deal with Appletree for the last 2 years and have been very unhappy with the service. The people working there are unhelpful and surly, they refuse to find answers to questions if they don't know them, and they are often out of needed items. The store itself is extremely difficult to navigate because it is so crowded. Overall, if you can avoid doing business with them, do so!

Cons: poor service, store too small, poor selection
