I don't know how TVMax is still in business! First off their programming is expensive and incomplete. They don't offer any kind of DVR service. Their customer service is a joke, unfriendly, incompetent and hostile. They are unorganized to the point where I have been double billed 3 seperate times! Their cable internet is expensive and painfully slow. I have switched to DSL and satelite and it is cheaper, faster, I have a DVR, and the service is friendly and helpful. I have told my Apt. complex to drop them also, and you can see the majority of units here have satelite dishes now, even the manager wants to switch.
